Teams who wish to participate in any Hawaii Futsal sanctioned league or tournament MUST do so under the guidelines set forth by Hawaii Futsal and its affiliates—Maui Futsal, Oahu Futsal, Kauai Futsal and Big Island Futsal—including but, not limited to, member registration, policies, fees, or other requirements. Hawaii Futsal is a member of U.S. Futsal, the governing body for the sport of Futsal in the United States, and share the following basic protocol for complying with registration requirements. Be advised that fees collected for U.S. Futsal/Hawaii Futsal Membership are separate from and DO NOT include any league or tournament fees. League and tournament fees are determined by the host league or club. Effective January 2012 U.S. Futsal passcards and rosters can be used for all unrestricted US Soccer (USSF) sanctioned events.
Players and coaches MUST obtain U.S./Hawaii Futsal membership. Membership provides liability coverage, optional secondary medical coverage, official team rosters and passcards and shall be obtained upon completion of the procedures below.
All players and coaches MUST present passcards before each league or tournament match. Passcard will be issued by the Hawaii Futsal Registrar via email and are valid for the entire registration year (8/1 to 7/31).
New and Returning Coaches MUST register here and get your coach ID number before being able to create a team online. Digital passcard photos MUST be uploaded during this step. For best results, upload a photograph of the coach facing forward. You may upload jpeg or pdf files.
Once a coach ID number has been obtained you MUST register a team and get your team ID and password before being able to add players to the team online.
Using the login and password information obtained through steps 1 and 2, add players to your team roster in the U.S./Hawaii Futsal ONLINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OMS). Entering player jersey numbers during this step of the process will prevent teams from having to provide them prior to each game.
Once you have FULLY completed your team's registration with U.S./Hawaii Futsal and have uploaded all pertinent information into the U.S./Hawaii Futsal ONLINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OMS), you MUST request your passcards from the Hawaii Futsal Registrar. To request passcards click the button below, complete and submit the Passcard Request Form. Expect a 3-5 day turn around for passcards.

New and Returning Referees MUST register with U.S./Hawaii Futsal in order to officiate any sanctioned matches. Referees MUST also complete the U.S./Hawaii Futsal Referee Certification Course (for new referees) OR Re-certification Course (for returning referees). Courses are administered by the Hawaii Futsal State Referee Instructor.
